Top 5 Ways To Make A Freeper's Head Explode.

5. George's cheerleader photo. (I love to post this on another board I frequent whenever the freeper types there are going on about Georgie being a manly man. They get positively apoplectic.)

4. George's "youthful indiscretions" i.e. the DWI, the illegal abortion, drunken-cokehead antics, AWOL, etc.

3. Lynne Cheney's lesbian novel.

2. Laura killing that guy.

and the number 1 thing that will make a freeper's head explode...

1. Ronald Reagan raping Selene Walters. (I actually think I made a freeper have a coronary once when I brought that one up.)

Making freepers' heads explode is fun although not quite as satisfying as you might think, what with their heads being empty and all.

"two former Blount campaign workers recall Bush serving in the Alabama Air National Guard in the fall of 1972. "I remember he actually came back to Alabama for about a week to 10 days several weeks after the campaign was over to complete his Guard duty in the state," stated Emily Martin, a former Alabama resident who said she dated Bush during the time he spent in that state."

Emily Martin (George's former girlfriend) can only attest to the fact that George TOLD her he was doing duty. She did not take him there or have any other first hand information. She says he TOLD her he was doing it.

Her statement is belied by the military records. There is NO record of Bush service in Alabama and the commanding officers have stated that he did not report for duty.

"Bush is a modest man and never did overhype his military duties"

BULL. In his campaign literature for his failed congressional campaign, he claimed to have served with the United States Air Force. He finally did get slapped down over that "embellishment."

"Looks to me like GWB served and fulfilled his commitment"

Well, no, he didn't. And the article is proof. He simply disappeared from May 1972 to May 1973. And then extra time was tacked on at an on-paper only unit in Colorado as some sort of "punishment." You don't hear the Bush campaign mentioning that Colorado tour of duty, do you?

12. I'm sure the "ZOT" gang are in high gear........
usually, presenting facts on FR gets you, "zotted". They have no use for the facts at FR. Facts always clash with the prevailing attitude over there. Heaven forbid freeps become associated with FACTS. Their world would cease to exist if only facts were allowed to be posted over there.

14. They're probably going to have to allow criticism of Shrub over there.
If the Repubs do poorly on Tuesday, he'll catch a lot of the blame. They'll probably throw him overboard and start looking for a new untouchable hero to take his place.

16. ah, yes, those old RimJob quotes on GW...
George Bush Covers-up for Clinton and China

To: Lady In Blue
Just once (grin). Yes, please listen to the interview. Bush loves China and he's very forgiving of Clinton. He desperately wants the press to lay off GW, so he's promoting for a kinder, more compassionate campaign and a less critical press. If anyone thinks that Father (and powerful supporters) won't have an influence on Son, you're crazy. Don't you ever wonder how and why the politically inexperienced, bad boy, G W Bush, got himself born again, rehabilitated and groomed to become governor of Texas? Not to mention front-runner in the Presidential race? What experience did/does he have for either position? A Bush presidency will be very dangerous for America.

30 Posted on 10/23/1999 18:02:42 PDT by Jim Robinson

To: Ditto
By the way, I must've missed the years that Reagan's father was President of the USA. Also, I hardly believe that GW's experience sitting on the boards of ailing oil companies (as favors granted his powerful father) and collecting big bucks is the best experience (from a constituent's point of view) for becoming Governor or President. Nor do I believe the experience he gained by misusing tax dollars for private (the stadium deal) gain is a shining beacon of trust. From my point of view all I see is a powerful daddy pulling in markers from his rich and influential friends. And there aint no way you'll ever convince me that Bush is even one/tenth the statesman or conservative that Reagan was. There is NO comparison.

Bush scares the bejeebies outta me. Looks like his father got us into this mess and Clinton stepped it up. Now Bush II comes in to finish the job. Guess we'll all be speaking Chinese soon, or not at all.

Yup. Bush II is simply a continuation of the failed Bush I.

It isn't the people or the culture that GHW Bush and the rest of the clan love; it's the money and the power derived. Prescott Bush, GHWBush's brother, is making gazillions of dollars there now. Good Lord, President Bush secretly sent a special emissary just days after Tienamen Square massacre to smooth the path for a billion dollar deal for his brother Prescott.

You have a reality denial problem.

GW is NWO, Skull & Bones, Bildeberger-lovin', China-lovin' commie symp SOB like his old man.

I hope I wasn't too subtle for you.

17. I got banned for this one
I was serving on the USS RONALD REAGAN, and they were falling all over themselves about how great it was that this mighty warship was named after Saint Ronnie.

I simply posted; "yeah it's great and so fitting. This ship was $1 billion over budget, late, and will be the only carrier to answer 'I don't know' when the president asks 'where are the carriers'".

I also tell this joke. "What's the difference between George Bush and Jane Fonda? Jane Fonda went to Vietnam."

18. CRACKDOWN! Zealot web-owner bans members

By Edgar Hall, Political Editor
WHEN crusading Conservative Jim Robinson first set up Free Republic six years ago, he had high hopes for his message board baby. It wouldn't be like all the other political forums he posted on, which regularly denied him free speech. Oh no, Siree!

His forum, to borrow from the mission statement on the homepage, would "roll back decades of governmental largesse, root out political fraud and corruption and champion causes which further conservatism in America". If posters wanted to sound off against the government, that was just fine with Jim. And if one of those posters happened to believe George W Bush was a "cokehead felon ", good luck to him!

That was six years ago.

In 2003, things are rather different at the Fresno-based Free Republic and the poster who trashed Dubya would now be banned instantly. Ironically, that poster was... Jim Robinson himself. In 1999, he incensed his readers by making the following post:

To: Freedom Wins

So, it doesn't matter if he snorted coke as a youth? It was a long time ago, a youthful in-discretion? Kinda like people who frequented sneakeasies during prohibition? Kind of a cute story, eh? Well, how about all the people whose lives have been destroyed by being arrested for the felony of drug possession? What about the millions of people who are rotting away in your filthy drug infested prisons at this very moment?

Well, by God, if you people insist on electing another cokehead as President, you damned well better throw open all the prison cell doors and free every man, woman, and child you're holding on drug charges. And if you're gonna elect another drug felon as President, you'd better rescind each and every one of your unconstitutional drug laws now on the books, including all of your unconstitutional search and seizure laws, and your asset forfeiture laws, and your laws that enable your unconstitutional snooping into our bank accounts and cash transactions. Well, I don't know whether to laugh or cry. You people are sick! Conservatives my ass. You people are nothing but a bunch of non-thinking hypocrits (sic)! You're a shame and a disgrace to the Republic!

And, I, for one, am tired of taking orders from cokeheads and felons! Elect another one and I'll tell you what. I'll be ready for war! It'll be time to take up arms and run the filthy lying bastards out!

Posted on 08/20/1999 03:19:31 PDT by Jim Robinson

Nowadays such attacks on Dubya are mightily unwelcome - don't you know there's a war on? - and a new breed of "Texas Chainsaw" moderators has instructions to stamp down on any insubordination.
