minutes ago on CBS's "Face the Nation" in regards to Cheney saying the other day that if Democrats take over the House there will be no change what so ever in policy towards Iraq.

It was too funny the way Biden said it. It's airing right now.

... but when it's time to cut nuts, he's always MIA. He's always seems to me to be pulling his punches at the sake of being thought of as a nice guy.
