Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered, |
|
These are the times that try men's souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this time
of crisis, shrink from the service of his country; but he that stands with it now, deserves the love and
thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered, yet we have this consolation
with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we
esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives everything its value.

Thank you for posting it. Love it, makes me feel like it has been worth every second no matter what because we now have a lot to build upon no matter how things turn out.

The past 5 years have made me come to terms with my core beliefs and live true to them.
What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives everything its value.
