Just from my experience in offline life, I personally know plenty of people who have in the past voted Republican and are changing their vote this midterm election, so I *know* that there has to be some people coming to DU to read the "other side"'s information, but might be hesitant on joining us.


There is no shame in taking that leap now and joining us. Please join DU if you haven't already and post here. We welcome you to DU and to the "other side". Do you feel that your party lied to you too long, let you down, has taken advantage of the troops, gone too far or done other things that made you realize that the Republican party is out of control and not what you feel is right for our country?

I would personally like to welcome you to DU and also to the fight for a better America.
