Relax - Having the polls tighten at this time is normal and was expected
The trend has been for the country shifting to the left. People want to see Democrats take control of Congress and have said that they will vote for the Democrat in their district. The races have been tightening, but this had been predicted. One pundit (I think it was Craig Crawford) said that he expected the polls to shift toward the Republicans slightly over this weekend as a reaction to the Kerry situation from last week. This is the time that the effect would be seen. But it is only a blip, he said, and would not be reflected in the actual election.

That said, it does appear as if Tennessee is trending away from us. I guess the racist ads have been working against Ford.

1. Red goes red, Blue goes blue

Chickens come home to roost late in elections.

Burns and Corker will probably win because they are in deeply red states. Menendez, Whitehouse and Cardin will probably win because their states are deep blue. I think we will win the ties (MO and VA)

Santorum and DeWine are toast, of course.

(I think that's 50-50, so a shocker in AZ is my best hope right now.)

2. Relax? No, no.
For all I know, Tuesday is Christmas. I sent Santa quite a list. Now I'm just a few hours from finding out what I got? RELAX? Hell, no.

3. Its hard to relax
stomach has been in knots since Friday. I just don't trust them they have stolen votes before and will do it again. I also look at this way if people in United States stand for them stealing this one from us 2008 will be a huge victory. Its just boggles my mind to see anyone vote for a Republican after what they have done to our working class and with our integrity. They have stood for nothing but their own selfish power. Yes the butterflies wont go away and if we don't win the tears will come as they did before. How much will be take until they say enough is enough!

4. I wonder if we'll get the "Haggard blip" around on Tuesday?
Here's hoping!
