The Simpsons tonight: "You said we'd be greeted as liberators"
http://torontosun.com/Entertainment/Television/2006/11/05/2242188-sun.html

(snip)

Aliens Kang and Kodos -- who invade every Treehouse episode -- seize this opportunity to go on a killing spree and level Springfield. The entire town is destroyed.

Three years later, Springfield is a smouldering ruin. Surveying the carnage, here's what the cyclopean aliens have to say:

Kang (or is it Kodos?): "The earthlings continue to resent our presence."

Kodos: "You said we'd be greeted as liberators."

Kang: "Don't worry. We still have the people's hearts and minds." (He holds up one heart, one brain).

Kodos: "I don't know. I'm starting to think 'Operation Enduring Occupation' was a bad idea."

Kang: "We had to invade. They were working on weapons of mass disintegration."

Kodos: "Sure they were."

14. American Dad and Family Guy were hilarious too
American Dad: Gays in the Republican party. Fricking hilarious...

Family Guy: Stewie and Brian go to Iraq (Stewie hoped it was Fraggle Iraq)... The last line was priceless:

{Iraq erupts in a flurry of democracy...turning veils into bikinis, terrorists into barbers, etc...}

Brian: "The man who put this together must be some kind of genious"

{Cuts to Bush pushing a slinky down the stairs}

Bush: LAURA I DID IT!
