Fred Barnes: 'Dems pick up 22 seats', Kondracke, 'Dems pick up 30 seats'

Thought this was interesting. Barnes, for those of you who are unfamiliar, is a neoconservative pundit on Fox News, co-editor of "The Weekly Standard" and all-around Bush propagandist. But he was looking pretty glum Saturday night on Fox. Fox News has a video section you can click on and it lists videos from the last couple of days, you'll find it under the "politics" tab, "Beltway Boys Predictions".

If Fred Barnes is conceding a 22 seat loss, it sounds pretty dire for the GOP. Robert Novak likewise predicted this week that they will easily capture the house with seats to spare. They wrote off the Kerry flap as meaningless.

Kondracke has some small (tiny, minuscule, extremely limited) amount of credibility. Besides, his numbers sound better.
