What the hell does this mean? It seems to be a right-wing, pro-Republican cartoon. But it seems also to be saying that the GOP takes its base for granted (even though the base--aka al Qaeda--typically wants all those idiotic things alluded to in the first panel). Furthermore, what does that mean, to not take the world for granted? Is that some religious message? I don't get it.

3. Yeah it's a dig on Liberals

It's the old Democrats are children, Republicans are adults mantra, recooked. Republicans are right on national security and as bad as they are at everything else, national security comes first.
