I must admit RI worries me a bit. GOTV. Don't take it easy, please.
After about 1-2 months of very favorable numbers for Whitehouse over Chafee, I too thought the Dem would breeze here. But after seeing 3 of the latest polls which had this race within 3% (1 poll had Chafee winning by 1%), I'm starting to be a little of edge here. So I urge the people of Rhode Island not to take this senate seat for granted and GOTV. I know a lot of people of RI like Chafee, including myself, but if ever America is gonna change, we must change the leaders of congress. Chafee is a nice manner person and has a moderate voting record, but a vote for him is not a vote for change. He has stated that if he had the deciding vote for the he control for senate, he will continue to support the Republican party as leaders.

There is too much are at stakes and the time is yours to act. So get out there and take a friend or family member with you and vote for Sheldon Whitehouse. It's time to Vote for Change.

Thank you for your time.

1. Didja crosspost in the RI forum? If not, you should.
I agree with your assessment, BTW. I do like Linc better than most Republicans, but the stakes are way too high.

2. Sending good thoughts your way from Tennessee
I sent a donation to Whitehouse in October in the hopes they could put Chafee away. Chafee is a chameleon politician who is masterful at judging the direction the wind is blowing on that particular day - in other words, he has no backbone or identity.

We have the same thing going on down here - polls are all over the place, so we are having to rely on GOTV, which is going to win this election.

Good luck to our Rhode Island friends!
