I wonder how many Republicans are telling Republican pollsters, "Uh, yeah! Sure! I'll be there with bells on!" Followed by hanging up the phone and swearing, "...and voting for Democrats, you bastards!"

I've actually known a few tired old assholes who, in the autumn of their lives, have rewritten their own histories, completely and conveniently FORGETTING how they had dramatic knock-down, drag out discussions with me about Nixon. They'd defend him to the skies, I'd call him everything from a fucking crook to a goddamned war criminal (ahhh, the sincere language of empassioned youth!).
Now, with the passage of time, these same GOP diehards claimed they NEVER voted for the bum, and only morphed over to the GOP in the Reagan era....!!

Nixon won the 1972 election by a landslide; yet two years later you couldn't find anybody who'd admit to having voted for him.
Wonder if by the end of Der Chimpenfuehrer's term we will be able to locate anybody who will confess to having voted for him?

15. This Is Only Worth 2 Or 3 Points Per Precinct |
|
The list of voter discontent with boooosh is very real and a factor, but it's in addition to other things they're pissed about. For some it's Iraq, others its the defecits, others its health care...for most of us it's a combination. Boooosh hate alone is not anough to sit back and expect us to win on.
While these numbers does further erosion of his assholiness' credibility, this poll will mean a hell of a lot more if there's a Democratic House and/or Senate. Call these numbers "backbone material" for Democrats.
This election is far from over. There's voter suppression and apathy to blow through today. Tbanks to all who have spend the time, the money and the heart in our noble efforts...we still have 24-36 hours until polls close...focus, focus, focus!
