in that photo.

I do quite a bit of Photoshop work and would almost bet that that shot (of the woman) has been tweaked quite a bit. Pretty obvious that the photo of the woman is a stock shot.

Notice that her "elbow" is quite rounded; even in a heavy-set person, the elbow would show more definition.

Also note that her "sleeve" appears lighter at the area around her unnaturally rounded elbow.

Add the angle and the fact that there really is no logical explanation for her to even be in the photo and you get the picture.

Whoever came up with this brilliant satire is/are big fan(s) of Adbusters.
