Why is MSNBC still asking if the Kerry comments will hurt?
Whoever is still pushing that issue is desperately grasping for straws. That issue is SOOOOOOOOOOO dead, it's like a distant memory! To make matters worse, I think one of their fake polls said 60% think it will affect the election.

1. They don't want anyone to forget!
For two weeks after the election, they'll all be flogging themselves just like they did with the Dean scream.

7. And it's hard to be a pimp.
Take Ken Mehlman. He said yesterday that the Kerry flap will cause 60% of Independents to question voting for a democrat candidate.

3. They're trying to gin up anything they can to avoid the fact Bush's polls DROPPED
since they attacked Kerry over this.

And Friedman left no doubt in his op ed that Bush was targetting STUPID PEOPLE with his blatant ploy and has no respect for his voters.

10. You spelled that wrong...It is MSRNC
Fixed that for ya.

That also answers your question.

Never get your news from a joint project of Bill Gates and a defense contractor(GE). Bound to be biased.

(Keith Olbermann not withstanding - he is their credibility and token 'liberal')

11. because the poll their touting (Mason-Dixon) showed GOP closing
ground and indicated that some of that movement was due to the silly Kerry controversy.

12. That's all they have, so they're going to use it ad nauseum
"When all you have is a hammer, everything starts to look like a nail."

Regardless of the cause, if Dems underperform on Tuesday, Kerry will be the media scapegoat.

17. The troops carrying that misspelled sign response to John Kerry is still
the most sent photo on Yahoo! Not that it's an official indicator of anything, but they seem to be deserately clinging to the only "scandal" they managed to dig up before the elections.
