In less than 24 hours most of the restrictions will be lifted
in Iraq. The curfews will be lifted - I mean.

I don't think in some areas it will mean anything. The problem is it WILL in the mixed cities - Mosul, Baghdad - it will there, I am pretty sure.

It is 11 PM in Baghdad as I post this. So in about 12 hours the traffic restrictions will be lifted.

I know the 3rd Brigade, 2nd division were doing 16 hour + days to put in baracades that the Iraqi government later ordered removed.

I do not believe they have a clue. You heard the tail wagging the dog?? In this case, I don't think the tail even knows the dog.
