Unless it's the Repubs sending out Dem messages to irk people from voting Dem... which is "not nice".

12. Pretty devious, what they came up with.

The call is dialed - and announces 'Here's important information about (Dem candidate)...'

If the calle hangs on, they hear all negative crap about the Dem.

If they hang up, the robo-call is programmed to call them back up to 7 or 8 times.

People are getting pissed at Dems, because if they hang up in the first few seconds, they think the call is from the Dem, when it's not.

Illegal on a few levels. As someone else's thread stated, a lot of Rs could go to jail. Here's hoping.
