Whereas Ari Fleischer and Scott McClellan could get rattled when they didn't make sense, Snow seems to assume that everyone knows he's not going to make sense and he just shrugs it off and moves on. He's an accomplished prostitute who moves on to the next question like the next John. Yesterday, out of one side of his mouth he said that there is no concerted effort between the Bush Administration to time the Saddam Hussein verdict to coincide with the U.S. elections. Yet, out of the other side of his mouth he said there was a concerted effort by the military newspapers to time their call for Rumsfeld's resignation with the US elections. He gave no explanation for his positions whatsoever. He knows he's a hack and he knows that everyone knows it. He knows that most of the American public hate Bush and therefore hate his message. He doesn't care.
