What is the concensus on the weather forcast and the rain predicted for tomorrow eve in the northeast. This includes some vital swing states. Will it curtail the GOTV for or against the Dems? Just wondering.

when fewer voting machines are placed in poor areas than in rich areas and people are forced to stand in line for hours to vote, it is only natural to think inclement weather could dissuade people from sticking it out
