At least in Harris County, but I assume it's statewide -- go early and be safe!

which would explain the difference between times on the map and local times

11. Are you sure about FL?

The far-western panhandle is in Central time and I seem to recall from 2000 that a bunch of media released the numbers before the panhandle polls had even closed (the only media SNAFU that wasn't blatantly anti-Gore that night).

I think their are some problems in states that are in two Time zones.
