I was first in line when my local poll opened
this morning. Voted straight Democratic. I said no to Swann for governor and Santorum for Senate. It's great to vote!!!

1. Jason Altmire for Congress!
I voted 2 weeks ago by absentee ballot, for Jason Altmire (PA-4), Bob Casey, and Ed Rendell. It's going to be an interesting day, evening, and night!

3. I didn't get to vote for Altmire.
Tim Murphy is (hopefully) was my local representative.

9. Hey neighbor!
I was an hour late, but it gave me a chance to gauge turnout. In this small precinct there's almost never a line. It's looking like a better than 50% turnout.

4. How do I
post information about voting problems in my area... is there a specific thread running? I did try to look around first. I can't start threads of my own and the stuff going on in Indianapolis is wild...

http://www.indystar.com/apps/pbcs.dll/frontpage

They have 50 technicians running around from precinct to precinct because the poll workers can't remember how to turn the machines on? Are they kidding me????

Sorry for hijacking this thread, as you can see, I'm new and very lost.

And I'm also going out to vote RIGHT NOW so I can take advantage if the machines are down at my precinct since those precincts will be using paper ballots!

6. Sorry JTFrog.
I'm sure there were more than a few threads posted recently to help those experiencing voting problems. I suggest posting your own message or just watch here through the course of the day. I'm sure more threads will be popping up.

5. Salute!
The forefathers certainly are smiling upon you. We owe the performance of that sacred duty to these veterans and many more like them.
