Damn. It's a wonder I slept at all last night.
For me this election is a test: If the Republicans "miraculously" win again, I don't know that I'll be able to vote again. I'll believe that the election system is rigged and we will never again gain enough power to change things.
So tonight cynicism dies or is born anew.

I feel like I'm waiting on a friend in surgery... the outcome good be either very good (we get get our system of checks and balances back) or very bad (the elections are rigged and we lose our democracy).
And the scariest part is that the surgeons are the voters who spend way too much time watching Dancing with the Stars and not learning what the hell habeas corpus means.
So, I'm a little worried.
