6. I am co-running a training course today (in PA), and am very
distracted! Glad to have something to keep my mind off things, but now increasing my peeks at DU and Talkingpointsmemo as the Results reporting time approaches....very, very anxious/nervous/but hopeful.

7. Root canal
With a dentist who just might drill the wrong teeth and then tell you you're fine afterward.

(Actually I'm cautiously optimistic, but I appreciate the root canal analogy.)

8. scared to death
Almost in an anxiety attack. So many voting problems across the country and especially here in San Diego.

I have been here since 5:30 AM PST save taking kids to school. I can't get off of DU.

9. I'm celebrating already.
I can't imagine the Dems not winning. Yep. I know the RW has stolen the last elections but I don't think their cheating ways will help them this time.

10. Irritable
I want to believe that enough of my fellow citizens can see what's going on here in DC and elect a Democratic Congress so the rampant, almost "end of the Roman Empire" degradation of our Government can at least slow down some. But I just do not know, so I'm irritable. I want to believe that people vote with their brains, but when I see the shenanigans that the GOP have pulled here in MD, with all the trickery in the Senate Race, when I get these push poll phone calls, when I see Advertisements for the TN Senate race on the TV catering to the Black Man/White Woman fear, just vile vile vile.....and then I realize that these advertisements and maybe the dirty tricks may have worked and want to see the GOP lose big because I hate the slime they ooze to sway folks. I really don't want to live with people that vote their fears rather than their hopes.

11. .
At the moment quite optimistic and excited.
But I remember what I felt in 2004 when I saw the exit polls.
But this year is different :).

12. Very worried because this is America's very last chance.
If they are somehow able to steal it again the country is over for good. Done, finished, kaput and there won't be a damn thing we can do about it. We must win today.
