I had voting problems in Ohio
So I get to the polling place and they tell me that I'm in #3 precinct. I go to #3 and they can't find me on the rolls. Then they tell me that my correct precinct is 22. I go to #22 and they can't find me on the rolls either. 22 said I was in the correct place but my name wasn't on the roll. So I had to vote provisionally.

Here is the problem. I have voted there the past two elections. I also was called for Jury Duty recently. I can't be called for Jury Duty unless they have me on the books and I've voted!

This is clearly voter suppression and I am letting everyone know about it.

Toledo, Ohio Lucas County. I saw a few other people in this precinct being forced to vote by provisional ballot as well. I called 1-866-687-8683 and complained. I will be calling the Board of Elections tonight to complain as well.

This is fucking bullshit and I am pissed off about this. If they can keep track of me and call me for Jury Duty they should be able to keep track of me when i fucking vote. This is simply unacceptable!

The only good that came out of this I didn't vote on a Diebold machine. But holy shit am I pissed off!

What other steps can I take right now?

4. Trying to get the information out
It's important to state the facts before I let emotion get in the way.

But believe me I am pissed off.

3. I had voting problems in Ohio
Actually, I would have been surprised to hear that you hadn't had problems. Sorry it's such a mess up there. But you did the right thing and voted provisional. Absolutely do follow through and file complaints.

Perhaps with Blackwell gone, things will improve. The people in Ohio should drag the man to the state line, kick his sorry ass into the next state, and tell him to not come back - ever. (My sympathies to whichever state you choose to kick him into.)
