Remember the frat boy from hell flaunting his "mandate" and all the "political capital" he had?

Just like a frat boy trust fund baby on cocaine and Jack Daniels, he's run through every last bit of that political capital.

In fact, I think he's gone pretty deeply into debt...into debt to the country, the world, the environment, the rule of law, humanity.

Anyone who's stupid enough to flaunt political capital isn't bright enough to earn, save, or spend it.
