The top of the page has a currently blank (at 5:18p ET) tally of the balance of power in the Senate, including exit-poll projected Republican and Democratic totals.

I like this site because it is so visually "clean"

1. 8:04pm: CNN has Webb 50% Allen 49% with 23 percent of precincts

reporting. Apparently, populous and overwhelmingly pro-Webb Northern Virginia is last to report, and the early reporting precincts are easy-to-tally small precincts in southern Virginia.
