| What is happening in Cleveland and other Ohio cities? |

I was reading another post about Rove talking to Hannity. One of the posters said that Rove was reporting turnout in Cleveland in the teens, turnout in the burbs of over 80%, therefore Republicans would hold some congressional seats in Ohio. Anyone else know anything about this?
