We are going to take the senate. Only question mark now is TN imo. |
|
It will be 52/48 if we take TN, and 51/49 if we don't. Senator Lieberman will caucus with Dems.
We will take the House by at least 20 seats. This official election night prediction brought to you by Clarkie1.

2. The Thing About the Senate.....Supreme Court Apointees |
|
I have been reading alot of the RW blogs this week (just something I do), and one of them suggested (again) that Justice Stephens is very ill and wants to resign before the end of the year. The blogger said this, because of what he read on DU. Seems there was a post on DU about someone's family member being in contact with the Stephens family.
So, taking the Senate would be so very, very wonderful....halting the appointments of these extremely conservative judges!
So, investigations in the House, approval of Supreme Court Justice appointees in the Senate.....which would you choose, if you could only choose one?
