From those with experience concerning races in Virginia, is that good? It was said that the early numbers would favor Allen while the northern part would report later.

..which tends Red. It's amazing that it's this close right now, WITHOUT the heavily Blue No. Va. precincts reporting.

With the possible exception of Floriduh 2000, I don't think I've ever seen partial returns that close with 795,389 (35.28%) of the votes counted.

A difference of 38 votes out of nearly 800,000? Unreal!
