But he'll caucus with us. It's sad in some ways but the bottom line with him was that he votes progressive 80% of the issues, particularly on pro-choice and labor issues. We're obviously at odds with his style, his support of the war, but in the end despite all his failings he'll caucus Dem. I'd have to believe that the message is CRYSTAL clear to him.

Endoresed by labor and endorsed by NARAL. You have to look at his overall voting record. Plus if he would lose ALL of his seniority if he went R. We definitely shouldn't be cheering him but in the end he'll caucus dem.

I just can't stomach a traitor to his party, and mostly a guy in favor of this disgusting war. I do thank you for the brightest side that could EVER be painted though, it's people like you who help my blood pressure lower a few notches.

I know I certainly disagree with Lieberman on the war. I HATE his view on the war. If I was a voter in CT I'd have voted Lamont. But this is a new time. We need to govern COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from the Republicans. We need to at least listen to opposing views and work them into our governing strateging. This is NOT the United States of the Republican or the Democratic Party. This is the United States of America. If we can show that we can once again lead us to prosperity (Clinton era) and peace (Clinton era) we seal the deal for 15-20 years of progressive values. If we have to include Joe Lieberman in that, so be it.

We move forward even w/ Lieberman. If we get the majority we have to except that Lieberman.
