32. Recount in Virginia?
most likely

here:

''This is what VA law - which is mercifully clear - says about recounts:

When there is between any candidate apparently nominated or elected and any candidate apparently defeated a difference of not more than one percent of the total vote cast for the two such candidates as determined by the State Board or the electoral board, the defeated candidate may appeal from the determination of the State Board or the electoral board for a recount of the vote as set forth in this article.''

http://72.14.205.104/search?q=cache:54j-Ecii_boJ:www.swingstateproject.com/2005/11/vagov_recount_w.php+virginia+recount+law&hl=en&gl=us&ct=clnk&cd=7

scroll all the way down....that one percent is of the TOTAL vote, apparently, so the Green party vote could play in, but I didn't do the math. If this stays the way it is, or if Webb wins by <1%, Allen will ask for a recount.

so, we got that going for us.....
