This guy is right out of the DSM IV. He is a real mess, but what's driving him this evening is the anger over his exposure as a putz coupled with the loss by his brother as Lt. Guv in PA. Tweety flipped out at Dean, b/c Dean had the temerity to contradict him to his face. Then Scarborough, emboldened by Dean, did the same. He's fast losing control and that braying laugh has begun to grate on everyone's nerves.
