19. Alleghany County
goes for Webb.....when Alleghany County goes for a Democrat I find it hard to believe Webb isn't totally kicking ass. I was born and raised there and it's as redneck as it comes.

Hanover hasn't reported at all and that's the Richmond area. Loudoun County has a lot more to report and that's in the DC area.
