Well, the pedaphile dude wasn't running
But they couldn't take his name off the ballot. The actual person getting the votes was Negron.

3. As a Floridian, I'm not surprised.
I live in a major Floridian city, and I honestly can't recall ever seeing a single Davis campaign ad on television. Crist had them going all the day long.

25. The biggest problem was
that Davis and Rod Smith spent ALL their money bashing each other and Davis just didn't have anything left to fight the person he SHOULD have been fighting.

30. Indeed, Crist must have outspent him 3 or 4 to 1
These GOP bastards have all the money to flood the airwaves and poor, ignorant Floridians vote for these rich scumbags. Idiots. Complete and utter imbeciles. It's like roaches voting for Raid.

23. I'm a Florida Dem, Jeb's handling of the hurricanes helped...
Consider 4 MAJOR hurricanes in 1 year. The average Florida voter likes Jeb but hates W. It's an odd dynamic.

18. Jim Davis, the Democratic candidate didnt run a bad campain.... ACTUALLY
He didnt run a campaign at all. Crist ran great ads. Crist ran away from Bush, even refusing to appear at a Bush Presidential event in the Panhandle yesterday. I'm a Florida voter, I voted for Davis but I knew he was a loser because he didnt even try. People don't understand that Florida voters don't equate George W Bush with Jeb Bush. Jeb Bush handled the hurricanes REALLY well. It carried over. But they're smart voters. They kicked Katherine Harris' ass.

22. I'm So Really Really Pissed... & I Really Wanted Davis To Win
myself, but as was stated before, he got many endorsements and SHOULD have won, but ADVERTISEMENT was almost non-existent. I thought it was only because of where I lived, but I guess everyone kind of felt it. We even had a hard time getting signs or bumper stickers.

There is no basis for supposing that a person who may be gay is therefore likely to be a pedophile.
