Santorum kids are all crying.
I wonder what the parents have been telling them. Do they think this is some sort of victory for Satan?

33. I predict Santorum does two things after being a lobbyist in 2007:
1. If John Warner retires, then he will run for Virginia's other Senate seat in 2008, hopefully against Mark Warner.

2. Run for Arlen Specter's Senate seat, assuming he retires in 2010.

having a freak like Santorum for your dad must be tough.

And either way, I don't like bringing family members into this. It's uncalled for. Though Santorum and his wife shouldn't have brought the kids out there as props.

45. As the daughter of one who has won and lost elections
My parents always told it to me straight, but never were there tears for losses. My dad's opponent's kids though- he lied to them and told him he won. THAT was sad.

Only time I ever cried as a kid was when Nixon won the 2nd time.

That one was rough.

35. If he and his wife knew the kids would be crying
the mom should have kept them off the stage. Sure, that brings sympathy for the kids and not their fault that their parents decided to bring them out in public when their dad has lost his job.
