GILLIBRAND UP ON SWEENEY (NY-20)
This is great news if it holds. Sweeney, a.k.a. "Congressman Kickass," who set in motion the Miami-Dade Riots, is behind Democrat Kirsten Gillibrand by 3,500 votes with roughly 1/3 of the votes counted.
