Does Virginia have an automatic recount law?
if the vote is close, is there a recount? Can either party ASK for a recount based on the closeness?

1. I think I heard them say yes, .5 percent triggers it. But the comment went
by so quick that I couldn't be sure if they were talking VA or elsewhere.

How they gonna recount Diebold or whatever they have?

With 94.2% of PRECINCTS reporting (NOT 94% of the vote)

Every time the count updates, Webb gains about .1%.

I think we're going to take this by about .15%
