the stem cell initiative, who was predicted by Survey USA to pass by a 7% margin, is currently down 5%. And McCaskill losing by 7 pts. This is impossible.

At a 95% confidence level, surveys give the wrong result 1 time out of 20. That's not a worst case, that is the mathematical reality.
