11. I believe some of the most heavily democratic counties
haven't event had their results in yet. Last I heard Baltimre which was about 80-20 for Cardin hasn't even reported.

15. Don't think so.
Saw a report on the Post that indicated that the Steele was doing no better in PG County (his home county) than MO (big blue in MD). Perhaps the endorsements of the PG County Council backfired?
