2. I'm a bit leary to disagree with Brokaw
To be sure, DUers are very much in favor of subpoenas, but I don't think Joe Sixpack is angry enough to support that kind of fight in Congress. He's pissed, obviously, as the results show, but I don't think he's subpoena-pissed yet.

8. Most Americans pointed to CORRUPTION as the issue. That means subpoenas.
That means investigations.

Brokaw knows damn well that is what it means.

He and the rest of the mediawhores are telling Democrats how they BETTER BEHAVE. And they point to Hillary and Obama saying they want to work with Republicans and don't want to get caught up in ivestigations.

WTF?

Then Schieffer calls Kerry the biggest loser though Kerry campaigned and fundraised more than any other Democrat. So did Jeff Greenfield.

They want the wonderful Hillary in for 2008.

They HAVE to know that Kerry will head the committee that will seek to overturn the FCC ruling, so they have started to tear him down now to weaken him before he takes the chairmanship in January. Dumbasses.

What part of 'CORRUPTION is the most imporatant issue' did these talking heads not GET?

3. Which Americans?
The "far-left" netroots?

Or maybe the 60% who said they oppose Bush in general?

Or those who said that Corruption was their major issue this time around?

5. So what did they say to Dems?
"We want change, but only a little insignificant change."

I'd say this election was a call for accountability. And as far as I know, that also means subpoenas. Sorry Tom.
