I think Webb can do it
96.5% reporting and less than 12k down. But still 19% of precincts to report in District 11 Fairfax going for Webb 55% to 44% Allen. This is gonna be a recount folks - may come down to absentees.

4. this race is too close to call
it's within recount range according to va election law.
