Webb Is Going To Pass Allen....
We'll see if he holds on at the end, but I predict he will close and pass Allen.

There will be a recount regardless of who wins, and there will be disputes for weeks.

2. Vote margin has been CRASHING lately
It's gone from 18,000 to 11,000 to 7700 now it's at 4800 with 97.42% of the precincts reported. The 18,000 vote margin was when 93.21% had reported.
