8. Um, they weren't AHEAD when they conceded.
Kerry was down by 100,000, which is a far cry from 1,500. Plus, Webb is AHEAD.

7. He's saying the night isn't over and there will be a challenge.
He's asking that Webb not concede at the first sign of loss like Gore and Kerry did.
