2. cnn has more votes for webb but less for allen total
seems cnn has counted a county the virginia site hasnt and virginia has counted one cnn hasnt.

But 0.9% of the vote still outstanding. Hmmm... 1% of 2,000,000 is 20,000 votes, roughly, left to count.

I sure hope AP is the right one.

What's going on with the absentee ballots? Have they been counted already or not?

I saw the number of absentee ballots in VA is about 114,000+
Could be a lot of Dem votes there!
