5 Loudoin
3 Prince Wim

4 Richmond City
1 VA Beach

With Richmond City, Arlington, Fairfax Webb should win. Loudoin has split pretty much down the middle with Webb slightly leading there. Only VA Beach with that one precinct scares me a bit.
