Once you get past that, it becomes likely that what the illiterate OP meant was something like:
CNN thinks that even tho McCasskill (sp?) is behind now, the votes coming in are largely from areas in which she expects to be strong.

This bodes well for Claire - remember, still 21% left in st louis, 66% left in st louis county, and 66% left in the kansas city county - we can do this guys. Webb closed right at the end, so we're in this!

McCaskill just pulled ahead. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
EDIT: msnbc had 75% reporting and now they went back to 69% with Talent ahead......WTF?
EDIT: back to 75% with mccaskill leading.
