Somehting funny going on in VA
there were 20 precincts left

2 reported in and suddenly Webb has a 3800 vote surge from two precincts? Does not compute. Maybe they fat fingered some erlier numbers or something. But that just does not make sense.

4. Why not?
I'm not sure what you find suspicious. They may have been strongly pro-dem precincts (?)

7. If they were from the city of Richmond, I'd say it's possible.
Richmond still has 4 precincts left to report.

May have also been Petersburg -- don't know when they wrapped up, but I was keeping an eye on them, too.

15. I don't find that weird if they were urban, heavily populated precincts
with strong Dem presence, i.e. northern Va. area.
