He's done, barring extraordinary abnormalities, and he's been around long enough to know it. It's over.

7. I don't understand why he was so damn verbose if the message was "show goes on".
It sure started out sounding like a concession speech even though I didn't expect him to concede.

Webb needs to declare the win and put Allen even more on the defensive.
