The House of Representatives is the one that brings Articles of Impeachment, right?
And then the Trial is held in the Senate?

18. She can change her mind... after the investigation.

First you drain the swap.

When you shine a little light into the ratholes, ya never know what you will find.

If, for example, there is CLEAR (under oath) testimony that we were going to start the war, no matter what, and that the President and Veep conspired to get us into that war... well, "under the light of this new evidence, we simply have to consider impeachment, the American public would expect no less".

19. She said BUSH's impeachment was "off the table"
She never mentioned anything about going after his henchmen, especially Cheney and Rummy.

10. Yes
In seriousness, they should not proceed unless they have a strong, compelling case (like can get a near-majority of Republican Senators to go along with it) against both Bush and Cheney.

In seriousness, I think that can be done. In any case, the first stage is investigations. Those will now take place.

Investigate and gather up all your evidence first.

17. OK, I figure if it comes, it's because the evidence is so tight...
he can't get out of it. However, I'd LOVE to see the Dems legilatively smack the shit out of him for the next two years. Now that I think of it though, I would imagine his @ssness would start vetoing everything.
