It will come down to the results in VA. Reports have the majority of outstanding ballots in heavily democratic counties there so there is a very good chance that we will take VA as well.

That will give us 51 seats!

And I believe Webb will win the recount. There are thousands of absentee ballots, mostly from the Fairfax area, that haven't been counted, and Fairfax is very blue. :D
