If you looks at the localities with precincts out. I think he is safe.

There are a few hick towns left to count, but I think richmond city offsets them and more. Then there are a few blue leaning stragglers to seal the deal.

6.  Still 4 Richmond cirty precincts, 1 Arlington, and Fairrfax has gone Webb overall.
If Webb would lose at this point, then Richmond would have to be recounted.

10. District three has the most to come in and it's Big-time for Webb
Districts 8 and 11 also have some to come in and they are heavy for Webb. The only one that is heavy in Allen's direction that still needs counting is District 7.


If anything Webb may push the margin wider.
