52% of possible votes are in, in Yellowstone county. Tester is leading here! This is a super Republican stronghold and a must win for Burns to win, he is losing it with 52% of the possible votes in.
Obviously there is a possibility the slight lead (51%) may fall apart. But this is a county which went for Bush with 61.71% of the vote. So the lead is obviously a lot less than it should be.
