12. Here's my impression of the speech:

My fellow 'murikens. It is under the most dire of circumstances that I come before you today. We have uncovered evidents that Al Kay-Duh has been engaged in double secret talks with the Democrats. *off-camera booing; crowd shot shows blank faces booing, fear on their faces*

I am conducting an investigation into this matter with leading House, Congress and Judicial people. We will get to the bottom of this. *applause*

What the evidents shows us so far though, it ain't good. Heh heh heh. *smirk*
So far we have found massive voter fraud, and this was apparently coordinated by Al Kay-Duh, working together with Iran, North Korea and Venezuala. *Boos from the crowd*

So, as of this time, I am forced to declare Martial Law and have ordered the arrest of the Democrats. I am sure that this will be solved quickly and our nation will remain safe and secure against terra. *applause; camera pans over audience, still blank faced and fearful*
